1. Service Execution

AXONIC S.R. provides AI Venture Studio services, including but not limited to USRE_ALPHA_AI and ResumePi_lot™. Access to our platforms and intelligence engines is subject to these terms.

2. Liability & Autonomy

AI-generated scores, structural risk flags, and strategic briefings are probability-based. AXONIC S.R. is not liable for acquisition outcomes, real estate investments, or hiring decisions. Manual verification is always recommended before final execution.

3. Intellectual Property

All neural mappings, proprietary engines, codebases, and interfaces are the exclusive intellectual property of Ajay Shekhar Reddy and AXONIC S.R.

4. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to sever platform access for any enterprise or user found attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary scoring logic or exploit the engine's APIs.
