2. Liability & Autonomy
AI-generated scores, structural risk flags, and strategic briefings are probability-based. AXONIC S.R. is not liable for acquisition outcomes, real estate investments, or hiring decisions. Manual verification is always recommended before final execution.
3. Intellectual Property
All neural mappings, proprietary engines, codebases, and interfaces (including the AXONIC S.R. and Vanguard branding) are the exclusive intellectual property of Ajay Shekhar Reddy and AXONIC S.R.
4. Termination of Uplink
We reserve the right to sever terminal access for any enterprise or user found attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary scoring logic or exploit the engine's APIs.
